The firm is now seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Partner to join its expanding team.

The role will involve a full range of Private Client work, including:

• Inheritance tax and estate planning
• Wills and trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Lifetime gifting
• Court of Protection matters
• Management of affairs under Deputyship
• Mental capacity issues
• Advising high-net-worth individuals on business succession and the efficient transfer of private company shares

The firm also welcomes confidential discussions with Private Client Partners interested in a potential team move.
