Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Partner to join its expanding team.

You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Inheritance tax and estate planning
• Wills and trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Lifetime gifting
• Court of Protection matters and deputyship management
• Mental capacity issues
• Business succession planning
• Advising high-net-worth individuals on private company share transfers and wider succession arrangements
