Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Location: Huntingdon

Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge with a reputable and growing legal firm? Our client is seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor with expertise in Wills and Estate Planning to join a dynamic team in Huntingdon.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a diverse caseload of complex Wills and Estate Planning matters
  2. Provide expert guidance on estate and succession planning
  3. Advise clients on trustee powers, duties, and the establishment of trusts
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication throughout

About You:

  1. Strong written English and attention to detail
  2. Excellent research skills with confidence using online information sources
  3. Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  4. Exceptional time and matter management skills
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  6. IT literacy, including MS Office proficiency
