A Private Client Solicitor with 8-12 years PQE is sought for a Mayfair-based law firm. The role focuses on Private Client, Wills, Trusts, Tax planning and administration of estates, with COP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate.
• Experience in Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts and administration of estates.
• Court of Protection experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent client care and client-focused communication.
• IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice in private client matters.
• Handle Wills, Probate, and Trusts with tax planning.
• Assist with COP matters when applicable.
