Overview:

1. This firm advises on complex estate and tax planning, acting for clients in challenging situations.
2. They serve as trusted advisors for personal, family legal requirements, and wealth management issues.
3. Their clients typically include wealthy families, individuals, businesspeople, and landowners seeking advice on wills, trusts, and probate.
4. Due to the firm’s growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor.
5. Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE gained with a leading law firm.
6. You will manage an enviable caseload of HNW clients, handling complex work including tax planning, estate management, will drafting, and trusts.
7. The role involves working with a team of Private Client Solicitors at various levels, from junior to Partner.
8. Exceptional technical expertise and STEP membership are required.
9. You should demonstrate business development skills, excellent communication, and experience dealing successfully with HNW clients.
10. A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Private Client matters is required.
11. Strong commercial acumen, technological savvy, organization skills, and a strong work ethic are essential.
