William James Recruitment is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 Essex firm to recruit a Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor in Brentwood. You’ll handle wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and LPAs as part of a collaborative 20-lawyer team.

This role offers progression, exposure to high-value matters, mentoring from partners, and the chance to develop business with a strong client base; a salary up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ PQE in private client law with probate, trusts and estate matters.
• Confident handling a full caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Mentoring junior lawyers is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Varied caseload of private client including wills, probate, trusts and estate planning.
• Advising on LPAs and supporting Court of Protection related matters.
• Acting for executors and trustees on complex estate administration.
• Delivering high levels of client care in line with the firm’s strong reputation.

A highly regarded Legal 500 Essex firm is seeking a Private Client Senior Associate Solicitor in Brentwood to join its growing team.

You’ll handle high-quality work across wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and LPAs within a collaborative, well-established team of around 20 lawyers, in a supportive environment with clear progression.

The Role
