Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will oversee a varied caseload of non-contentious matters, encompassing wills, probate, tax and trusts, lasting powers of attorney, deputyships, and issues relating to residential and care home fees.
• You will demonstrate exceptional client care, offering clear and compassionate guidance to a wide range of clients facing sensitive and often complex circumstances.
• Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage confidently with clients and colleagues, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• You will benefit from the support of a highly experienced team, enabling you to further develop your knowledge and expertise within the firm’s thriving private client department.
