Private Client Solicitor

A private practice law firm is looking to bolster it's succession planning and requires a Private Client Solicitor to work upon a full caseload of Private Client matters liaising with the Managing Partner. The firm have strategically located offices in Hampshire and attract a healthy, often high net worth, client base.

The Firm
This privately owned law firm with an excellent reputation and long standing client base attracting good quality work across the Hampshire, Berkshire, M3 & M4 corridor and London.

The Role
This Private Client Solicitor role is a hands on case management opportunity dealing with all aspects of Private Client law.

Work includes but not exhaustive;

Reviewing, amending and draft complex wills, as well as simple form wills.
Probate
Tax & trusts
Estate Administration
Inheritance Tax advice
Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts

The Candidate
A qualified Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE, able to work well with minimal/no supervision, self sufficient and highly motivated. The Private Client Solicitor will be supported by 2 assistants. A car owner and driver. A highly competitive salary package is available for the right candidate.
