THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join this firm’s established and highly regarded team in Kent. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of private client matters, including (but not limited to):

1. Wills and estate planning
2. Probate and estate administration
3. Lasting Powers of Attorney
4. Trusts and tax planning

This role offers the chance to work with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing expert legal advice tailored to their specific needs.

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will:

1. Be a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE in private client law
2. Have experience handling a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, tax and trusts
3. Possess strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
4. Demonstrate an aptitude and desire to build and maintain strong client relationships
