This is an excellent opportunity for aNQ Solicitor or recently qualified Private Client Solicitor looking to build a long term career specialising inWills, Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protectionwork.

The Role

As aPrivate Client Solicitor, you will gain exposure to a broad range of high quality private client matters, including:

• Drafting and advising clients onWillsand estate planning
• HandlingProbateapplications andEstate Administration
• Preparing and advising onLasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with and managingCourt of Protectionmatters
• Supporting clients withTrust creation and Trust administration
• Building strong client relationships while delivering excellent client care
• Managing a developing private client caseload with support from senior colleagues

About You

This role is ideal for aNewly Qualified Solicitoror someone approaching qualification with a genuine interest in Private Client law.

You will have:

• Qualified as a Solicitor or be due to qualify shortly
• Experience gained within aPrivate Client departmentduring training or previous legal work
• A strong interest inWills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration and Trusts
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team
• A desire to develop into a successful Private Client Solicitor within a respected South Yorkshire law firm
