The Role:

This position offers a unique chance to take on a truly autonomous role, working within an established Private Client team. You will be responsible for managing a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts and Probate, while contributing to the team’s overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling Wills, Trusts, and Probate cases with expertise and precision
2. Proactively developing and growing the client base in the Gatwick area
3. Managing client files based in Brighton and Hove, with travel required between Gatwick and Brighton offices
4. Providing exceptional client care and maintaining high professional standards

You will:

1. Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of experience
2. Possess strong expertise in Wills, Trusts and Probate
3. Be motivated, business development-focused, and proactive in growing the client base
4. Be comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive team
