Job summary

Douglas Scott Global Recruitment seeks a Private Client Solicitor near Coventry to manage a high-quality private client caseload, including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years PQE, be a qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, and provide excellent client care while pursuing leadership potential within a supportive firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status.
• Minimum 5 years' PQE within Private Client law.
• Strong knowledge across Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration.
• Ability to independently manage a varied and complex caseload.
• Excellent client care, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ambition to progress towards a senior leadership or Directorship position.

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

Near Coventry | £50,000 - £65,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm near Coventry.

The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, providing expert advice across a broad range of matters, including:

• Drafting and reviewing Wills and associated legal documents


• Managing Probate and Estate Administration matters from initial instruction through to completion


• Advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)


• Providing clear, practical, and empathetic advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status


• A minimum of 5 years' PQE within Private Client law


• Strong technical knowledge and experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration


• The ability to independently manage a varied and complex caseload


• Excellent client care, communication, and relationship-building skills


• A genuine ambition to progress towards a senior leadership or Directorship position
