Job summary

Temporis Legal Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a dedicated and community driven firm seeking a new addition to their private client team in City of London.

You will manage a caseload covering Wills, Grant of Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Inheritance Tax matters, Court of Protection, Trust administration and Deputyship, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Wills, Probate, LPA, estate administration and related matters.
• Proven track record of client management skills.
• Experience with Inheritance Tax matters, Court of Protection, deputyship.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on private client matters and manage a diverse caseload.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely administration of estates.
