Who we’re looking for
- 6+ years PQE as a solicitor or legal executive
- Already operating at Senior Associate level, or ready to step into it
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Strong business development record and desire to grow a client base
- Confident with the full range of private client work: wills, LPAs, probate, and trusts
- Court of Protection experience
- Background in a small-to-mid-sized firm
- Confident, personable, and commercially minded with a down-to-earth approach
What you’ll be doing
- Taking ownership of a manageable existing caseload
- Driving new business through marketing and BD activity
- Laying the foundations for future hires and increased profitability
- Progressing towards Head of Department and ultimately Partnership
Salary & Benefits
- £75,000–£85,000, depending on experience
- Bonus of approx. 10% of billings above target
- 2 days remote working per week for senior staff (after 1 month office-based)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
