One of Cardiff's most highly regarded and established law firm are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor. The role involves a diverse private client caseload including wills, probate, LPA's, Court of Protection, trusts, and estate administration. The successful candidate will work within a supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities for professional development.

The Private Client Solicitor will be able to:

• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other related legal documents.
• Advise clients on estate planning and inheritance tax matters.
• Manage probate and estate administration processes efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise legal advice tailored to individual client needs.

We’re seeking individuals who:

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in Private Client law.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in wills, probate, and estate administration.
• Have experience working with case management systems and a high level of organisational skills.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
• Be confident in networking and business development, with a passion for expanding the firm's client base.
