Private Client Solicitor – Beaminster

Overview

An expanding law firm in Beaminster, Dorset is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (1+ year PQE) to join its successful private client department. This key position is part of its succession planning and the firm offers a robust support structure to help you advance your career. STEP qualification is preferred, or a willingness to pursue STEP accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload and build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle wills, probate, Court of Protection matters, Inheritance Tax, tax planning, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administrations.
• Involve yourself in business development and networking to attract new clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year PQE in private client law or equivalent.
• STEP qualification is preferred, or a willingness to pursue STEP accreditation.
