Private Client Solicitor

A law firm in Bath, Somerset requires an experienced private client solicitor to work in a private client team providing a comprehensive private client service to individual clients. The firm has a long history and provides a wide range of legal services to individuals and commercial businesses, organizations, and charities. They work on behalf of many high net worth clients with large assets, land, agricultural land, farms, associated businesses, and trusts.

The team is Partner led and employs a number of solicitors and legal executives across various strategic locations dealing with all aspects of private client law. The role will involve managing a full and varied caseload, including advising, drafting and amending simple and complex wills, advising on estate planning such as inheritance tax and trusts, undertaking estate administration, and dealing with probate and court of protection.

The successful private client solicitor will handle a private client caseload and possess an empathetic nature, strong client management skills, and a commercial approach. Excellent communication skills are required. Salary is dependent upon experience.
