Service Care Solutions are working closely with a reputable law firm based in Aberdeen. They are seeking a experienced and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established legal team in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a varied and rewarding caseload, with the flexibility of hybrid working in a supportive and progressive environment.

The Role
This position offers the opportunity to specialise in a range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting wills
• Preparing powers of attorney
• Administering executries
• A working understanding of trusts is preferred but not essential. Training and support will be available for the right candidate who is enthusiastic to develop their knowledge in this area.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Scottish qualified Solicitor ranging with PQE for either a Solicitor role or Senior Post.
• Confidence in managing their own caseload
• A proactive, client-centric approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
