PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED in the West Midlands is recruiting a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families and trusts, delivering expert advisory services and leading a skilled tax team.

You will work with Partners, drive complex tax planning projects, and contribute to the growth of a respected, founder-led firm. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive package up to £85,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive Private Client Tax and Trust experience gained within practice.
• Strong technical expertise across personal tax, trusts, estates, IHT and CGT.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Private Client & Trust Services compliance offering
• Reviewing Personal and Trust Tax Returns
• Delivering advisory work across Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and international tax matters
• Managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families and trusts
• Leading, mentoring and developing members of the tax team
• Managing departmental KPIs, WIP, billing and recoveries
• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
• Supporting business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities
• Working closely with Partners on complex tax planning and advisory projects
• Providing technical guidance and support across the wider team

What You'll Need
