How would you like to work with a hugely successful private practice who have a strong presence across the Highlands?

Business is booming and as such they are looking to further bolster their private client team.

They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 4 years' private client post qualifying experience, someone who is driven and ambitious and wants to take their career to the next level. There's a great team here but there's space for a leader who wants to help to develop and mentor the team, take the lead in more complex cases and assist with the further development of the private client offering.

It goes without saying you will have exceptional client facing skills, will deal with clients with empathy and be able to deliver advice in a clear and concise manner. You ideally will be STEP qualified and have experience of managing the full range of private client matters including HNW.

There's real scope to progress here and carve a very successful career, with partnership very much on the table within the mid term.

This role will be mostly based in the office but will offer some hybrid after an initial settling in period.
