Simpson Judge in the United Kingdom is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to lead the office in a hybrid Hove role. You will manage a varied caseload across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning, while directing the office’s day-to-day running and growth.

This senior position requires 5+ PQE, strong leadership and client care, and aims towards partnership; STEP desirable. Salary £100,000–£110,000, plus benefits and a supportive culture.

Competenze

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE in private client work.
• Strong technical experience across wills, trusts, probate, estate planning and inheritance tax.
• STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable.
• Strong client care, communication and leadership skills.
• A collaborative approach with an interest in developing your career, with progression towards partnership.

OVERVIEW

Join a reputable Legal 500 firm with a highly regarded Private Client team, known for high-quality work for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to lead the office. You will run your own caseload across wills, trusts, estate and succession planning, tax planning, LPAs, and probate and estate administration, while taking responsibility for the office's day-to-day running and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, LPAs, probate, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection and estate planning.
• Advising HNW individuals, families, elderly and vulnerable clients on complex private client matters.
• Building strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional advisers.
