- The impact of land development and diversification on inheritance tax and capital reliefs; Estate succession strategies and efficient wealth transfer planning; Complex Will Trust structures, including their administration and variation;
- Issues concerning heritage assets and preservation of landed property across generations.
- You will handle your own caseload with autonomy while also contributing to more complex matters alongside senior team members.
- You’ll also have opportunities to engage in profile-building and client development activity through sector-specific events and targeted networking.
Experience required
- A qualified solicitor (typically 3+ years PQE) with strong private client experience;
- Confident in your understanding of trust law, estate planning, and the taxation of trusts;
- Commercially aware and comfortable advising clients on the legal implications of rural and agricultural property structures;
- Skilled in producing thoughtful, technically strong written work and advice;
