Private Client Residential Paralegal – Bristol
Location: Bristol Outskirts – On Site Parking

TSR Legal are working on behalf of a nationally recognised law firm with an outstanding reputation in the property sector and a broad range of legal services for both individuals and businesses. With over 30 years of legal excellence, this forward-thinking, multi-office practice is seeking a Private Client Residential Paralegal to join their supportive Bristol-based team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Paralegal with conveyancing experience to join a specialist Private Client Residential team. You’ll play a key role in supporting legal matters from file opening through to post-completion, while maintaining excellent client care and confidentiality at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting legal documents, communications, contracts, and reports for clients
  • Processing new instructions using a case management system
  • Handling conveyancing quotations and routine client enquiries
  • Managing Land Registry applications and completing SDLT forms
  • Conducting property searches and managing contract exchanges/completions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and internal teams
  • Archiving and file closure duties upon completion of matters
  • Attending client meetings to address minor issues independently
  • General administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and telephone support

About You

  • Prior experience in a residential conveyancing environment is essential
  • Ideally holds a Law Degree or equivalent (not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent client care ability
  • Technically proficient in IT and legal software/case management systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable under pressure
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
