Job summary

Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited seeks an experienced Wills, Trusts & Tax Partner to join its Private Client team in Shrewsbury. You will take a leading role advising high-net-worth individuals while growing the practice and mentoring junior lawyers.

You’ll manage a sophisticated caseload across wills, trusts, tax planning and estate administration, building strong client and referrer relationships and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Private Client law.
• Strong track record advising high-net-worth clients.
• Technically confident across wills, trusts, tax planning and estate administration.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Commercially minded with a strong business development focus.
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgement.
• Ambitious and keen to contribute to growth of a specialist team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a sophisticated Private Client caseload for high-net-worth individuals.
• Lead and develop junior lawyers within the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referrers.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the team.
• Manage your own portfolio of high-value clients.
• Advise on wills, trusts and tax planning.
• Oversee estate administration as required.
