The Role - Make an ImpactAs a Private Client Partner at my client, you'll have the opportunity to shape the firm's private client tax offering, lead high-profile client engagements, and drive business development. This role is about leadership, influence, and delivering first-class solutions to a sophisticated client base.
What You'll Be Doing:Advising high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters, including estate planning, trusts, and international tax.
Leading the growth and development of the private client function, ensuring best-in-class service and technical expertise.
Developing and expanding relationships with key clients, leveraging your market insight and network.
Acting as a strategic leader, contributing to firm-wide initiatives and influencing future direction.
Mentoring and growing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Keeping ahead of legislative changes and market trends to provide proactive advice.
ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent), with deep expertise in private client advisory.
A proven track record in leadership, client development, and work-winning.
Exceptional technical knowledge across inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, domicile/residence, and succession planning.
Strong commercial awareness, balancing client needs with business strategy.
Outstanding relationship management skills, earning trust and confidence at the highest levels.
