You will advise on wills, trusts, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, working closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's regional strategy, with flexible hybrid working and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Senior Private Client Solicitor or Partner from a reputable firm.
• Strong technical expertise across private client work.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring teams.
• Well-connected in the Leeds/Yorkshire market with strong referrer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Private Client team in Leeds.
• Take over and further develop an established caseload and client relationships.
• Advise on wills, trusts and estate planning.
• Act for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
• Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and performance.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers and senior fee earners.
