• Extensive experience in tax, trusts and succession planning.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a private client team.
• Strong client relationship management and service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Private Client offering in Swindon and drive growth.
• Supervise and mentor junior fee earners across the team.
• Manage a profitable caseload with a client‑focussed approach.
• Build relationships with clients, referrers and key stakeholders.
• Lead client review processes and drive service improvements.
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
