Job summary

Chadwick Nott, on behalf of a top 100 law firm, seeks a Private Client Partner in Bristol to advise high-net-worth individuals, landed estates and farming families on complex succession planning, tax, trusts and estate administration, while shaping the rural and agricultural offering.

You will join a senior Private Client team, lead and mentor junior lawyers, drive client relationships and business development, and contribute to a collaborative culture with a strong national reputation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in private client law with a focus on agricultural estates.
• Confident, client-facing approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior lawyers.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of building business.
• STEP membership or equivalent credentials preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior Private Client work advising high-net-worth individuals, landed estates and farming families on succession planning, tax, trusts and estate administration.
• Shape the rural and agricultural offering for the firm.
