Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Private Client Paralegal for a well-regarded Private Client team in Northampton. The role supports experienced fee earners across a range of matters, offering hands-on experience and client exposure.

The successful candidate will have prior private client experience, strong organisational skills, and a professional, empathetic approach to client care. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary.

Qualificações

• Previous experience within a Private Client department.
• Confident dealing with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting fee earners with private client matters.
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents.
• Preparing probate and estate administration paperwork.
• Supporting with Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
• Managing files and maintaining case management systems.
• Undertaking legal and administrative tasks to support the team.
• Ensuring excellent standards of client care throughout.
