Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career? The Role:

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors, providing vital support on a varied caseload of private client matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  2. Supporting the administration of estates, including Grant of Probate applications
  3. Handling Court of Protection deputyship applications
  4. Assisting with Trust administration
  5. Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals
  6. Preparing legal documents and conducting legal research

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Experience in Private Client law is essential
  2. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  3. The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
