G2 Legal Limited in Stafford is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to support you through to qualification, including SQE 1 & 2. You will handle wills, LPAs and other private client matters, with client meetings and instruction taking.

The role offers a friendly, supportive environment, local client base, and training with SQE to develop within a respected high street practice. Compensation is competitive and experience-dependent.

This opportunity would suit an individual who enjoys client-facing private client work within a professional yet personable environment and is confident managing their own caseload independently.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting on a varied caseload, including:

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• General private client matters
• Conducting client meetings and taking instructions
• Drafting and progressing files from instruction through to completion
• Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
