Key Responsibilities
  • Administer executry cases from initial client meeting to final statement of account, including both testate and intestate estates.
  • Independently manage a diverse caseload and support colleagues with complex estate matters.
  • Maintain regular and empathetic client communication via phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person or video meetings.
  • Ensure accurate handling of financial documentation and estate accounts throughout the administration process.
