Lunaria Partners | Responsible Business is seeking a capable Private Client Paralegal to join the private client team. You will assist with wills, probate and related matters for high-net-worth individuals, in a team known for straightforward advice and strong client service.

Applicants with paralegal, senior paralegal or legal executive backgrounds in private client work are encouraged. Travel to the office for meetings is expected, with flexibility on days in the office vs home working.

Qualifications

• Experience in private client work and wills/probate is desirable.
• Role open to Paralegals, Senior Paralegals, Legal Executives or CILEX-qualified professionals seeking progression.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and flexibility on in-office vs home working.

Responsibilities

• Advise high‑net‑worth clients on wills and probate matters.
• Assist the private client team with day-to-day tasks and case progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Paralegal, Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive looking to develop their expertise, with scope for further training and long-term career progression.

The Role

You can look forward to advising high, and some ultra high, net worth clients on all things wills and probate.

The firm is keen to find someone who wants to grow with the team and is happy to invest in the right person. There is scope to develop your skills and progress into a more senior position, with a potential long-term pathway towards qualification and, ultimately, Partnership for the right individual.

The Requirements

The firm is open-minded about seniority and would welcome applications from candidates with a background in private client work, including:

• Private Client Paralegals and Senior Paralegals

The role will require travel to the office to meet clients, but outside of that the firm are flexible to how many days you do in the office vs at home.
