Job Description

Award winning firm are looking to appoint an ambitious Private Client Paralegal to join their busy team, based in Grantham.

This firm is a leading 'Top 200' law firm, based in Lincolnshire and across the East Midlands. They are highly regarded throughout the region as one of the leading firms, providing expert legal advice with exceptional client care. With over 150 years' experience, my client is one of the oldest law firms in the region and understands the importance of training and give staff the opportunity to develop throughout their careers.

Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Wills
2. Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs
3. File opening administration
4. Estate Administration including visiting properties
5. Trust Administration
6. File Closures
7. Work with the Company's Marketing Team to promote and enhance the good reputation and business of the Company

Requirements

To be considered for this position you will have experience with a legal setting, ideally within a private client environment.
