Job description

My client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team in SW London. This role offers the chance to develop your career in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced professionals on a range of private client matters, including:

  • Wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Trust creation and management
  • Tax planning
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied caseload with support from senior colleagues
  • Advising clients on legal issues related to estate planning, wills, and trusts
  • Conducting legal research to stay current on relevant laws and practices
  • Assisting with client meetings, drafting legal documents, and progressing cases from instruction to completion
  • Building strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor (NQ or similar level) with a strong interest in private client law
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
