Private Client Solicitor – NQ+

Gravesend | Hybrid Working | £45k+

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor at NQ+ to join an established and highly regarded law firm in Gravesend.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor looking to build and develop their Private Client career within a supportive team, with the flexibility of hybrid working and the opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload.

The role

You’ll work across a broad range of Private Client matters, advising individuals and families on their personal and financial affairs.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Estate planning
• Inheritance Tax matters
• Court of Protection work where appropriate
• Advising clients and their families on a range of Private Client matters

You’ll have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and take increasing responsibility for your caseload, with support from experienced colleagues around you.

About you

We’re looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor at NQ+ who is keen to develop their career within a friendly and established team.

You should ideally have:

• Experience in Private Client work, either from training or post-qualification
• A good grounding in Wills, Probate and/or Estate Administration
• Strong communication and client-care skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• A genuine interest in developing your Private Client expertise
• A proactive and collaborative approach

Applications from NQ solicitors with relevant Private Client training experience are welcomed, as well as solicitors with several years' PQE.
