Salary: £80k-£105k - depending on experience

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a senior private client lawyer to join one of the most highly regarded Private Client teams in the South East. This team consistently attracts top-tier work, acting for high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals with complex and often international estates, business assets, trusts, agricultural holdings, and cross-border matters. The team is 50-strong, nationally recognised, and led by outstanding lawyers consistently ranked in Chambers HNW and Legal 500.

This position is at Managing Associate or Director level, offering true flexibility with just one day per week required in the Oxford office. It's a rare chance to join a nationally respected, collaborative team known for its excellence, innovation, and long-standing reputation in private wealth.

A following is welcomed but not essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on a strategic role, contribute to the development of junior colleagues, and be actively involved in supported business development within a very strong platform for growth.
