Qualifications

  • Experience in private client matters including wills, LPAs, and estate administration.
  • Confident stepping into a senior position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level support handling a typical caseload of wills, estate administration, and LPA.
  • Work with continuity and client care as a focus during a transition period.

About the Role:
A well-regarded law firm in Somerset is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum to take on a senior role during a period of transition. This is a crucial hire to cover an outgoing team member, with continuity and client care being the focus.

Key Details:
  • Start early September to ensure a smooth handover
  • On-site support required at least once per week
  • Secretarial support available
  • Files to be handled independently
  • Use of LEAP case management system
Typical Caseload:
  • Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)
  • Estate Administration
  • Court of Protection
