Private Client Lawyers – Glasgow / Morayshire, Elgin

Exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing Private Client Team in Glasgow and Morayshire. The team prides itself on providing exceptional services to their clients and is looking for like-minded individuals.

The successful candidate will advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, executries, adults with incapacity matters, and estate planning, including inheritance and capital gains tax issues. Being STEP-qualified and/or dual Scots/English qualified is helpful but not essential.

Ideally, interested applicants will have experience and knowledge of private client law; however, the team is willing to consider candidates at all levels.
