Job summary

Henderson Scott Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its Bournemouth team. You will manage a diversified caseload in wills, probate, LPAs, and trusts, delivering high-quality advice with a focus on long-term client relationships.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days at home) and an excellent remuneration package. Inheritance tax planning and Court of Protection matters are part of the caseload.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years' PQE in private client work.
• Experience handling a broad private client caseload.
• Strong client care and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and wealth planning.
• Advise on inheritance tax planning and estate administration.
• Handle Court of Protection matters.
• Support clients, families and vulnerable individuals with discreet, high-quality guidance.
