Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Bishopbriggs (near Glasgow) is seeking an additional Solicitor to join its busy private client team. The role focuses on wills, trusts, tax planning and powers of attorney, with administration of deceased estates playing a key part.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years PQE in private client (NQs with strong private client experience will be considered). This is a full-time position, with flexibility for four days per week and occasional work from the Glasgow office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' PQE in private client work.
• Experience with wills, tax planning, trusts, powers of attorney and estates.

Responsibilities

• Handle private client cases including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
• Assist with tax planning and powers of attorney.
• Split office attendance: Bishopbriggs with one Glasgow day per week.

Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an additional Solicitor to join its busy office in Bishopbriggs.

The principal area of work for this role is private client, and the successful candidate will be involved in the following:

• Wills
• Tax planning
• Trusts
• Powers of attorney
• Administration of deceased estates

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' PQE, although applications are also welcomed from NQs with strong private client experience.

This is a full-time position; however, the team is open to candidates seeking part-time work (four days per week). The role will be primarily based in the Bishopbriggs office, although you will be required to work from the Glasgow office one day per week.
