Job description

Private Client Lawyer

A regional law firm with strategically located offices throughout the South West requires an experienced private client lawyer to join their Private Client team working on a hybrid pattern out of the Taunton office. The role reports to a Partner in the Private Client team, a prominent department, which is expanding in line with the company's expectations and now employs over 60 staff.

The private client lawyer will be either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and will be required to manage a full case load of Wills, Probate, LPA's, IHT, Trusts, and Estate Administration matters whilst supporting more experienced Private Client Lawyers on often technically complex work.

The Candidate

The Private Client Lawyer will possess approximately 2+ years PQE and must be well organised with excellent administration and organisational skills. The successful private client lawyer will be innovative and forward-thinking with a proven business development experience or an interest in business development.

Salary to £60,000
