This full-time Private Client Lawyer position in Bedfordshire offers a salary of £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload focused primarily on probate and estate administration, while advising clients on wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, inheritance tax and estate planning. Suitable applicants will have at least two years' post-qualification experience as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Hybrid working is available. The role involves taking responsibility for own matters and contributing to the continued success of an expanding legal department within a supportive firm. SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Proven experience in private client work, particularly probate and estate administration.
• Knowledge of inheritance tax, estate planning, wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
• Experience handling taxable and non-taxable estates.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive attitude towards professional development and departmental growth.
• STEP membership or a relevant qualification would be advantageous, although a willingness to work towards the qualification will also be welcomed.
