A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Lawyer to join a Private Client department of a North Dorset law firm. A friendly, successful and professional company offering an excellent working environment, Lexcel accredited. As part of further development, they have an opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer.

A regional north Dorset law firm with a strong reputation for empowering a positive working and supportive culture whilst remaining conscious of their role within local communities.

The Role

As part of succession planning, the Private Client Lawyer will be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor in Private Client Law. Due to the nature of the role, future Partnership prospects are very much a reality. The Private Client Lawyer role involves:

1. Drafting wills
2. Trust administration
3. Estate administration
4. Court of protection
5. Powers of attorney
6. High net worth client work
7. Supporting the Head of Department in succession planning strategies

The Candidate

Experience in Private Client Law, previous management experience or ambition to manage would be highly beneficial. Proven billing history, ability to business develop and network. Strong communication skills and technically skilled lawyer.

Additional Information

Full time, 5 days per week, competitive salary dependent upon experience. The Private Client Lawyer role is commutable from Salisbury, Yeovil, Sherborne, Warminster, and Blandford.
