OVERVIEW:

• The firm represents clients in some of the most complex matters, providing expert guidance across all areas of private client law.
• You will handle a diverse range of matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, Court of Protection cases, and lasting powers of attorney.
• This role is mainly office-based, with the option to work from home one day per week.
• This role provides a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth, including the possibility of training in areas such as marketing, if you are interested.
• While this position is not a management role, the firm values individuals with leadership potential who are enthusiastic about growing and advancing within the organisation.
• The firm are welcoming applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least one year of experience managing a caseload of Private Client matters.
