Lexcel accredited practice in Norfolk is actively seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer 2-4 years' PQE or Legal Executive. The firm offer hybrid working, a generous holiday allowance plus lots more.
Joining our client’s thriving office in King’s Lynn, the successful Private Client Lawyer will handle a busy caseload of private client matters, whilst proving to be eager to learn and develop their career.
Responsibilities of the Private Client Lawyer:
• Wills & probate
• Administration of estates
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Managing elderly clients’ financial affairs
• Inheritance tax issues
• Drafting trust documents
The Private Client Lawyer Candidate:
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two up to four years’ PQE
• Solid experience in private client matters gained within a reputable firm
• Excellent client care skills
• Empathetic approach
• Ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
