Private Client Solicitor

A private client department of a Kent base law firm require an experienced Private Client Law to join their Canterbury office to work on a full and varied case load. The Private Client Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.

The Firm
A regional private practice providing clients legal advice across Kent and the South East. The firm are Partner led and encourage staff to progress with the firm providing excellent support and guidance.

The Role
The Private Client Solicitor role will require managing a case load of files involving; Lasting Powers and Court of Protection matters, Wills, Probate, Estate Administration , IHT and overseas property tax.

The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in running a Private Client case load whilst managing others.

Salary dependent upon experience £50,000
