Private Client Junior Solicitor - Up to 50,000 - Flexible - Newly Qualified – 2 years PQE

Our client is a top 150 national law firm with five strategically located offices across the Midlands and East Anglia. They operate with a one-team ethos, where collaboration, commercial thinking, and expert advice are at the heart of everything we do.

They’re currently looking for a Private Client Junior Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE) to join a forward-thinking team – someone who’s ready to grow within a firm that blends professional excellence with personal support.

You’ll be part of a highly regarded private client team known for delivering specialist advice with empathy, clarity, and commercial focus. They act for high-net-worth individuals, agricultural families, business owners, and estates – providing services across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate planning, and tax.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a range of private client matters (including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration) under supervision
• Draft, review, and negotiate documents with accuracy and confidence
• Deliver excellent legal advice in a professional, timely, and client-focused manner
• Develop new relationships with clients and referrers while nurturing existing ones
• Support business development and marketing initiatives within the team
• Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and legal excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Newly Qualified – 2 years PQE in private client or related legal areas
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
• Strong communication skills – able to simplify complex issues for clients
• Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and willingness to work to KPIs
• A desire to grow professionally and contribute to our ongoing success
• Experience or interest in acting for high-net-worth or rural/agricultural clients is a bonus
