This role is newly created due to the continued growth of this well-established and highly regarded niche investment management organisation. The firm seeks highly numerate candidates with excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills. Candidates with strong A levels will be considered, although a degree in business, finance, or a numerate discipline is preferred. The role will be office-based in the City of London.

Duties
  1. Assist a small group of Client Directors with all aspects of their day-to-day management of HNWI clients.
  2. Utilise internal systems and collaborate with colleagues across the group to action instructions received from clients.
  3. Ensure instructions and interactions with clients are recorded and filed correctly.
  4. Attend meetings with clients alongside Directors to build knowledge and rapport.
  5. Send communications to clients via letter and email.
  6. Liaise with third parties, including investment managers, banks, and personal accountants, to resolve queries or escalate them to the relevant Director as necessary.
  7. Interpret data, provide calculations, and produce reports and explanations for clients.
  8. Work closely with the Private Client team, making active contributions and learning about client investment strategies to deliver high-quality service.
  9. Ensure ongoing professional development and regulatory compliance under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
