Job summary

Ten-Percent Legal Recruitment is recruiting for a solicitor or legal executive to join a respected Cheshire private client team in Northwich. The role offers hybrid potential, but will be primarily office-based and requires the ability to travel across the North West and North Wales.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE and manage a diversified private client caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, LPA, Court of Protection and Inheritance Tax

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' PQE in private client work.
• Experience handling a varied private client caseload (Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts).
• Ability to travel around the North West of England and North Wales.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, LPA, Court of Protection and Inheritance Tax planning.
• Provide client-focused advice and support across private client matters.
• Attend client meetings across the North West and North Wales when required.

Job description

A well-respected Cheshire firm is looking for a solicitor or legal executive to work in the Private Client department at their Northwich office.

There will potentially be scope for hybrid working but the role will be predominantly office based.

The firm would like to speak to solicitors who have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and are comfortable managing a varied private client caseload that includes Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Inheritance Tax planning work.

The successful candidate will need to be able to travel around the North West of England and North Wales to meet clients, so full driving licence and own vehicle are essential.

The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
